Who we are
Grace Church Worcester Park is made up of local people. Some of us have been Christians for a long time, others are still thinking things through. But all of us are keen to learn more about God, support each other in our daily lives and serve our local community in practical ways.
Lots of children come to Grace Church and every Sunday we have lots of fun activities for them to do in Children's Church. There is a creche too. Click here for more details...

Steve Smith
Senior Minister
Steve trained for ministry at Oak Hill Theological College, North London. He has been working in Uganda for the last two and a half years training local church leaders to teach the Bible relevantly and faithfully. He is married to Gwyn and they have two sons, Joshua and Matthew. He enjoys playing cricket and is a loyal fan of Reading FC!

James Burstow
Senior Elder
James oversees Grace Church together with Steve and also leads the music team. He has taught English in Japan and Chile, worked as a charity fundraiser and is currently Marketing Director for a publishing company. He is married to Alexa and they have two children, Susie and Sam. If he had any spare time, he would probably do a bit more exercise and sort his allotment out!

Gwyn Smith
Children's Work Co-ordinator
Gwyn is married to Steve and is a qualified teacher in Early Years and Key Stages 1 and 2. She taught for three years in North London before having children. Whilst in Uganda, she ran a small nursery for local children called Noah's Ark Nursery. As well as looking after Joshua and Matthew, she co-ordinates the children's work at Grace Church. She enjoys getting out into the countryside and is an avid Strictly Come Dancing fan.
